Dear customers,

Please take note of the evolution of Medialook services following the fire at the OVHCloud Datacenter in Strasbourg

1.- Shared plans
We were delivered late for orders for the new servers that were destroyed (12 days late instead of 24 hours!).
This evening around 6:00 p.m., we received a delivery which will allow us to continue in the service installations and then recover data from our backup systems and external servers in the OVH network.

2.- MySQL problems
- We have orders for defective servers delivered with hard disks (RAID synchronization problems). In order to temporarily troubleshoot, we had to put several sites and the MySQL databases in restriction mode in order to make the connections.

3.- VPS servers (Plesk Mail Plan)
Several VPS servers have been installed this weekend, we still have to redo the synchronization with our servers (PowerDNS) and all services will be ok for tomorrow morning.
Our goal is to reach 100% of the services no later than Tuesday 23.03.2021 in the evening.
We are sincerely sorry for the problems for our customers penalized by this fire in the data center of the company OVHCloud.com
